Funny Thanksgiving Poems

Nothing is important in this world than best wishes, blessings and thanksgiving. Well, it does not mean that hard work does not matter anymore to achieve some success or to get something new. Obviously, hard work is the basic requirement to achieve success. In fact, this is one of the most debating issues in the world that what thing matter more to get some success, is it best wishes or hard work. some people give credit to hard work, while some consider the best wishes or thanksgiving a more super power than hard work. Well, don’t be upset. The simple logic that. First do work very hard and then pray for it as well as get thanksgivings from your loved ones for better and desirable result. Now believe on this thing that if the desiring result is favorable for you for long-lasting time, then your hard work and warm wishes are enough to attain success. Here are some funny thanksgiving poems.

1. This year on our Thanksgiving Day

My mother she had lots to say.

“We won’t have Turkey, that’s a fact,

the turkey is innocent so let’s not act,

In a manner harsh or insincere

Instead let compassion guide our year".

2. May your stuffing be tasty,

May your turkey plump,

May your potatoes and gravy

Have nary a lump.

May your yams be delicious

And your pies take the prize,

And may your Thanksgiving dinner

Stay off your thighs!

3. Why do we have turkey for Thanksgiving?

Did anyone ask if he felt like livin'?

If you asked him, I bet he'd say

Go get your dinner another way!

4. As Thanksgiving Day rolls around,

It brings up some facts, quite profound.

We may think that we're poor,

Feel like bums, insecure,

But in truth, our riches astound.

5. Thanksgiving starts at the break of dawn.

I put salt in my coffee as I start to yawn.

A full day in the kitchen's what lies ahead,

All I can think of is going back to bed.

6. Thanksgiving is here, so our minds have turned

To what time has taught us, to what we’ve learned:

We often focus all our thought

On shiny things we’ve shopped and bought;

We take our pleasure in material things

Forgetting the pleasure that friendship brings.

7. The kids are rumbling and tumblin'

Grandpa's snoring and a grumbling.

The football teams are taking a knee,

On Grandma's big screen t.v.

The leaves outside are turning yellow

'Cause winter's coming to say hello.

The aunts are all fussin' in the kitchen,

Wait a minute, it must be Thanksgivin'!
